She is married Apostle Benjamin butler and the mother of three beautiful daughters, and a proud grandmother.

After being filled with the Holy Spirit in 1985, she sensed the calling of God preaching ministry in her life. In an effort to prepare herself for the task before her, she began Saturday College at Howard University of Washington, DC. Also, she attended Washington, Bible College in Lanham, and several other Bible Schools. On July 11, 2005, she received her Bachelor of Biblical Studies degree from Friends International Christian University.  Prophet Eartha attended and graduated from the School of the Prophets in Waldolf, MD.

She is a woman of God, with a desire to lift up the name of Jesus so that all men will come to know Him. She was ordained under Ministry of Christian Faith Center of Creedmoor, NC.

She is also founder of Women of Order (WOO). This fellowship is held monthly and annually to enrich and to build relationship and accountability among the women of church and community; and provide spiritual and practical knowledge/wisdom for living the Christian Lifestyle.

Prophet Eartha is the Co-founder of the dynamic New Life Rock of Ages Christian Fellowship which is now T/A NEW LIFE FELLOWSHIP CENTER. As a couple, they have ministered to churches and organization in United States and in Liberia, West Africa.
