Apostle Butler, is native of Nash County, NC; he received his early education in the District of Columbia Public School system. He achieved his higher learning from the University of the District of Columbia, East Carolina University and Friends International Christian College where he received his Bachelors of Art in Biblical Studies. He also holds a position of Colonel in the Wilson Chapter of the International Police & Fire Chaplains Association.

He is the father of nine children and he is married to Prophet Eartha Butler and Co-Founder of New Life Rock Of Ages Christian Fellowship Center and now T/A NEW LIFE FELLOWSHIP CENTER. As a couple, they have ministered to churches and organization in the United States and in Liberia, West Africa.

Apostle Butler oversees Living Water Christian Center ministries in Florence, SC. He called to train pastors, ministers and missionaries to establish churches in small town on the east coast.

His main three areas of ministry is Abundant Living, Kingdom Preparation and Preparation for the soon coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Apostle Butler has been saved for thirty seven years and in ministry thirty one years.
